Is it possible to return or exchange for a discounted furniture item?
No, unfortunately, we do not offer returns or exchanges for discounted furniture items. However, if you decide to cancel your order, please notify us within two days from the date of purchase, and no fees will be incurred. All cancellation requests must be sent to cellini@cellini.com.sg. Please note that if you request a cancellation after the 2-day window, a cancellation fee of 35% of the purchased price will apply for regular-priced items. For package orders, the cancellation of one item will result in the remaining items reverting to their original selling price. Is it possible to make instalment payments for furniture pieces that are on discount?

This is because our instalment payment options vary depending on the item and its current promotion. It's important to note that this warranty does not apply to clearance and display items. However, at Cellini, we offer a 12-month limited warranty that covers structural manufacturing defects for all our regular-priced products from the date of delivery. Yes, delivery is available for discounted furniture purchases at Cellini. Our dedicated delivery team will get in touch with you to schedule a convenient delivery time. However, please keep in mind that it is your responsibility to ensure that the purchased items can fit through doors, staircases, and lifts in their packaging before placing your order. Detailed product dimensions are provided in the product descriptions on our website to assist you in this regard.
For delivery charges, here's the breakdown:
- Weekdays: Delivery is free for purchases above $1000 on weekdays.
- Weekdays (Value below $1000): A delivery charge of $55 applies.
- Saturday: For Saturday deliveries, a charge of $85 is applicable.
Please note that a carry-up service is necessary for locations above the ground level (1st floor). This service includes carrying furniture up any flight of stairs within an apartment, landed property, or walk-up apartments without direct lift access. The cost for this service is $10 per floor, while for wardrobes, it's $30 per floor.
