I went to the showroom to take a look after I saw a sofa set which I liked on Cellini website. The sales personnel was friendly and knowledgeable. As we have a number of requirements, he showed us those that are suitable for us. The delivery process was also smooth. Delivery personnel were also professional in handling the furniture. Overall, pleased with the service. Now I just hope the product is lasting.

Looking for a sofa & was recommended by someone to visit @cellinifurniture Flagship Showroom at Tagore Dr. 1st time visiting this location and we were pleasantly surprised. Showroom was spacious (too spacious for my hubby who was chasing after Megan most times!), nicely set up & the staff were courteous & allowed you plenty of time to browse without breathing down your necks. My husband felt strange Megan stopped after awhile; lo & behold she discovered a cosy corner with well stocked coffee, tea, drinks, snacks & sweets. (hubby said it resembles more like a pantry!). Needless to say Megan happily helped herself to almost everything there. We finally decided on the 2 seater sofa after professional recommendation from the sales person and can't wait for it to be delivered. Check this out place if you are looking for beautifully designed dining table, bed, mattresses, sofa sets.

Hi Cellini & team I would like to compliment your staff, Mr Kenny Ngoh at the Tagore Lane showroom for his exceptional service. I bought the Kay quartz dining set & Penna leather sofa with recliner on Sunday with my husband. From the time we entered the showroom, Kenny was polite and professional. He greeted us warmly and served us well. He was not pushy at all. This was something very important for my husband and I. He has good product knowledge and was able to answer all our questions that we had. Most importantly, he explained things matter-of-factly and honestly. Many sales people I encountered often had a tendency to overly-exaggerate the quality or condition of products that they are selling. This was something I dislike very much. Kenny was also very patient even though we took some time to decide and finalise the pieces we wanted. Today, I went down again to choose the color of my sofa. My interior designer had also initially suggested for me to refund the dining table as he was concerned it will not fit into the design of my house. He was hoping to choose a quartz dining table with marble design for a more luxurious feel. However, I decided against it. Even though the Kay quartz dining table I chose did not have a fanciful design, I still prefer to get it from Cellini. My parents bought their furniture from Cellini back in 1996 when they set up our first home. So it means a lot to me to also get Cellini furnitures for my matrimonial home. In addition, despite us giving Kenny a heads up that we might be possibly refunding the dining table, he still treated us kindly and greeted us warmly when we entered the showroom. I would like to thank him for his patience and awesome service. My husband and I were fortunate to be serviced by him. Thank you, Kenny! And of course, thank you Cellini.
