Sales and Refund

VALIDITY OF SALES ORDER
Delivery of order must be completed within 12months from date of purchase. If item(s) is not collected or delivered within 12 months from confirmation of delivery, Cellini reserves the right to forfeit the purchase without refund.


REFUND POLICY
If you change your mind and decide to cancel your order, please notify us within 2 days from the date of purchase and there will be no fees incurred. All cancellation requests must be emailed to cellini@cellini.com.sg
All cancellation requests received after 2 days will be subjected to a cancellation fee for regular-priced items at 35% of the purchased price.
For cancellation of an item from the package order, the rest of the items in the order will no longer be discounted and will revert to the original selling price.
To cancel a special or customised order, please email us at cellini@cellini.com.sg within 2 days from the date of purchase. We regret we are unable to accept any cancellations or changes for special/customised orders after 2 days from the date of purchase.
Cancellation policy strictly does not apply to the following non-regular priced items:
•    Clearance items
•    Display pieces


PRODUCT INFORMATION
We endeavour to ensure that all the products on our website are accurately described. Unfortunately, on some occasions, it is possible that our website will contain errors and we reserve the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies at any time, including after you have placed an order.
In some cases, the products we offer for sale and made from natural materials, and there may be small variations between the product image(s) and the product you receive. 
We endeavour to ensure that all colours are displayed accurately, but you should be aware that colours may appear slightly differently on different displays and screens. The shade of colour from screen to screen is not a fault or error.
We aim to update our website regularly and may change the content at any time. If the need arises, we may suspend access to our website, or close it indefinitely. We will use reasonable endeavours to ensure our website contains accurate information and content, however, we reserve the right to update our website as soon as an inaccuracy or error is brought to our attention.


RETURN POLICY
Cellini offers a 14 days return policy with a 35% surcharge after you have received the goods. Goods should be returned unused and in original condition. 
For return or exchange of any item(s) from a package offer, the rest of the items in the order will no longer be discounted and will revert to the original selling price.
Delivery for collection will be charged at S$55.
Please contact us at cellini@cellini.com.sg or 65458182 for us to facilitate the return. All items will be inspected upon return. Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, undamaged, and with its original packaging intact. 
The return policy does not apply for the following:
•    Mattresses
•    Non standard upholstery colours & material / Customised items (inclusive and not limited to special orders )
•    Clearance / Display Items


The Return
Our Logistics team will contact you to schedule for the collection. We will only perform the refund after we collect the returned item. All refunds will take 14 days to process and we will issue in the form of a credit back to the original method of payment. However, Cellini reserves the rights to change the mode of refund.
